The staff here are always so nice and engaging. The store is also incredibly clean. Staff talks to our kiddos and is very helpful. We only get shakes, and they are always made perfectly. We don't live close to this location, but enjoy our time when we get the opportunity to visit.

The guys at one stop nutrition were pretty cool and helpful in suggesting flavors for a good protein smoothie and they have some pretty tasty options with high protein!

Really good post work out smoothies even had somthing for my son after his sports workouts child friendly and good for him. Definitely a new favorite spot I got a cappuccino chocolate drink can't remember the name and my son a cotton candy one both were to help us post work out Delicious smoothies

First visit to OSN last week - I live an hour away, but am in Surprise occasionally. Prompt, helpful and cheerful service. The pastry bars taste great, and the protein shake was nothing short of excellent! The protein shakes alone will keep me coming back.
